LR:"Ok sir, i have that address in front of me, are you at 123 Main St"
G: "Yes"
LR: "Just in case we get disconnected or in case the service provider needs to contact you, should we call you back on the house phone or do you have a cell phone you would rather we call you back on, and who should we ask for"
G: "my names John Brown and the house numbers fine"
LR: "Ok John, i'll contact the AC service company and they will contact you directly on the house phone with a time of arrival"
G: "That will be great, thanks for you help"
LR: "Not a Problem John, any further problems please call back day or night, and enjoy the rest of your stay"
During the call, the Guest-Call receptionist enters all the information, and has an on screen display of your service providers and answering rules

After the call, the Guest-Call receptionist phones the service provider and relays the information needed for service

When the service call is completed, the service provider will phone Guest-Call, who will close out the call and email the owner.
